Greetings from Bangalore, India de Lion Ajoy VU2JHM, custodian of Lions Club International ARC VU2LCI and active recreational scuba diver with over 12 certifications (DSD to MSD) from PADI and over 100 logged dives, yet to further dives and collection of cards from various other dive originations.
Well, we do have quite a few scuba dive organisations on main land of India not just the coast line doing sea dives but also in quarrys, up in hillstation doing cave dives and many more across the islands of Lakshadweep, Anadaman & Nicobar of INDIA which sells/rents out dive gear, tanks (Air or Nitrox) and have their own expertized team to take you to their dive sites and make customize your dx holiday exciting.
I have been a part of organised team of several Dxpeditions involving various individuals participating such as Lighthouses (ILLW), Islands on the Air (IOTA), World Flora & Fauna (WFF) with special callsigns and special event stations for many years as AT8LH, VU0LH, 8N3LIO, VU7M, AT6MM, AT8ESP, AT7LEO, VU0WFF, AT8WFF, AT8LHC, VU17NYF, AT8FD (hint do browse for details on http://www.qrz.com/db/AT13LH) and would volunteer to assist Scuba Hams coming to India.
Myself, being the swimmer at Masters and open waters have been participating with those, and being a motorcycle rides, enjoy my biking too.
